I’ve been in here so many times & everytime the workers are so unfriendly & unwelcoming. they treat you like a burden when you ask them a question & then respond like you’re an incompetent imbecile. These workers need to work on their hostility, they make this environment extremely unwelcoming & I try my hardest to never have to go here. be nicer !!!
The girls in there are great!!! They are knowledgeable and know there products. They saved me money today! now I will have enough dog treats for a few weeks instead of a couple days. Thanks Ladies!!!
Thanks for keeping your bettas in better conditions than the competitive pet store..they seem in good health and clean little bowls, much better than the cups.
Wonderful customer service, staff here are very caring and treat customers very well. We have been visiting every couple weeks to pick up food for our 16 year old Minature Pinser. He passed away a few days ago and we went in yesterday to see if he was on his free bag and he was one away, so we purchased the last bag and got the free one as well and donated them both in his honor. We will continue to shop here!
Love the experience using the grooming/bath station! It is a nice private room with the tub, blow dryer, different shampoos and conditioners, and a rubber brush to help suds the pups. The different shampoos and conditioners were inclusive of sensitive skin, deshedding, and whitening. As simple as it is, the hose has an attachment for the soap to be dispensed from which is amazing if you can't reach over the dog to lather or need a quick rinse. They had a squeegee there that was helpful for keeping the floor mostly dry (I just swept any water to the floor drain). Minor complaint is the dryer is room temp/cool air but I know that is how all Pet Valu locations are - it just takes a little longer to get a thick/dual coat dog dry.
Fast and friendly service....employees are there to greet you as you walk into the store....ready to help you immediately....lots if stock plenty to chose from whatever you need....lots of parking....if you need help they will carry product out for you to your vehicle.... Thank you for your service...appreciate it..
Love the bird who sits on the employees' shoulders/chats away from somewhere behind the counter!! The staff here are very kind and try to offer help if you have any questions about your pets' needs. They sell a Canadian brand of dog food which I think is awesome (yay for supporting local). I recommend this store if you're looking for friendly service!
