If you have large breed dogs (with big appetites) or multiple cats (with input and output considerations), then you will need to have a VERY fat wallet to shop here. Dog food, in big bags, hovers around the $100 mark, with quite a few well over that. Cat foods and cat litter are similarly high priced. To be clear, the brands and varieties are NOT found in your typical supermarket. They are, for the most part, considered "premium" brands. If you think that those brands are the only thing your pets can tolerate or thrive on, then go ahead and shop here. It's the only place I know in Woodstock that has that much variety of premium pet foods.
They go above and beyond for my little girl to get her special food.... kind of an understatement honestly but they truly care about all pets and go above and beyond what they need to. I appreciate the owner and staff greatly
I went 3/4 of an hour before closing. I was browsing and I was told to leave if I wasn't buying anything. The older man said they wanted to clean and me being in the store meant the one staff member had to be at the till...I didn't know whether I was going to purchase something for my family member's pet, but I left and will never give them business again. I don't live in that city and our store, where I live would never treat someone like that. I am an older adult and he was intimidating and rude. They don't deserve my or my family member's business (who purchased a lot there for their 3 pets) business.. Shame on them!
I like that the selection of pet foods and pet products tend to be healthy natural choices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I feed my pets frozen raw diet. They are healthy and happy. They have beautiful shiny fur.
Great selection of food and treats. Staff are always helpful and friendly. My dog was even pet of the month in March and got a free bag of treats of my choosing ?
Staff so friendly and helpful. Young clerk even carried heavy purchase out for me! Prices way better than I thought they would be! Would definitely recommend and shop there again!
If you are looking for a Pet Food Store , that has amazing customer service and is very open and knowledgeable about the products they carry ! This is the place to go , I normally deal with Doug or Kim who are truly amazing people and have gone above and behind to help me , and they really value they’re customers business now with that being said any of the Global Pet food Woodstock employees have been nothing short of outstanding!!!!
