I’m leaving this review based on my experience buying a used vehicle here. Within a day of purchase, I noticed a lack of attention to detail and had to go back to address issues that should’ve been caught before delivery. There was a busted tail light and a broken plastic trim piece on the passenger side door. To their credit, both were repaired — but it took two separate appointments, and when the trim was replaced it still wasn’t reassembled properly (missing some of the proper clips/grommet/retainer pieces), so the fix doesn’t look finished. My biggest concern is quality control... Overall, this felt like I had to do the checking and pushing that the dealership should be doing before a customer ever takes delivery.
