New Blazer EV, had it 18 days, now in the shop over Xmas leaving us without a vehicle to visit friends and family as we live hours away, no rental,no apologies, no offers of compensation given, $65k for a a car now with multiple issues and no parts to fix it....this dealer and GM canada should be ashamed of themselves. Update rental was given to us by another dealer after the holidays but still no fix for our New car, now in the shop longer than on the road with no updates or call backs by Andersons or GMC, we have to call to find out what is happening with our new car....we are on the hook for $1000/mth for a car we don't drive. This car had 2 service bulletins on it that were not performed before delivered to us. Now, we, the customers, are on the hook for the lack of care by this dealer.
Took my car in for an oil change. The young lady at the service counter was friendly as always as well as extra courteous. They did a complete check on it and all it had was a couple minor flaws with the exhaust which I'll drive through for the duration of the winter, and afterward, I'll have it repaired. Although I would love to trade for a new Vette lolz. I'm not sure my insurance company would feel the love ?? The prices are comparable to other service centers. And always have the car finished the same day. Thanx to all
Not impressed at all with the person I dealt with at this location. Unfortunately at the time I was having an absolutely horrible day. I will NEVER do business with this location again and I will be filing a complaint with Kia Canada. I wish I wouldn't have reacted the way I did that day because 2 wrongs don't make a right however I've never seen or dealt with this style of so called customer service before, and I worked in retail & retail management for over 10yrs.
Jeff was an incredible help when I was shopping around for a new car. He was open and honest. He was sincere and so helpful. I can’t appreciate the time he spent with us.
Do not use their service department unless you want to throw your money away and have to get your repairs done again elsewhere. Went in for brakes, got my truck back sounding way worse then before. I've left multiple messages with no call backs, I had to actually drive to the dealership to get a hold of them. They said they'll look into it and call me back... that was weeks ago. Every time I call in and ask for the service agent, they are busy
Staff were friendly in the parts department and also know how to do their job well, also they had all the parts I needed to get my daughter's car back on the rd .thanks again.
The service people are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They fully explain what work needs to be done and cost so I can give my approval to go ahead or not. They give me updates on the more involved work that I need to have done. I'm very happy with the service and work I've had done so far.
