I like the shop and the guys treated me well. When I bought the 2016 ford explorer ac wasn't working and they asked me to bring it back and they fixed it for free. I recommend them to everyone

Purchased a vehicle in January 2025. Dealer provided a fake safety certificate — the car had no working emergency brake or reverse lights. They issued a dealer plate I wasn’t authorized to use, which caused my car to be towed. The dealership falsely claimed repairs were done but never fixed the problems and refused to address safety defects. P.S. No legit safety will pass with no reverse lights.

They say one thing and do another. Sold a truck 15 min before we arrived after we agreed on a price and I told them I was driving over an hour to come buy it

Bought a 2014 Ford Taurus interceptor off them, about two years ago, great deal 7k and change safetied certified, only 175 k on it. Already put over one hundred thousand kilometres on it and only had to do regular maintenance, super reliable, tight steering, handles like a stock racing car, not that I’ve ever driven one, lol, yet I’m a class one driver with at least a couple million miles under my belt, driven a lot of different vehicles, very safe car, literally saved my life, almost went head on with a massive moose, just was able to swerve at the last second, swerved so hard the tires were squealing made so much noise, I thought I hit it, almost went off the road swerved back on the road car was skidding sideways doing near a hundred, tires squealing, one last swerve and the car straightened like nothing had happened, was just driving quietly down the road, if I was driving my old Toyota Camry, I’d be dead! guaranteed! my truck also would not have made it around it, I was amazed how well the car handled and came through it like nothing had even happened, thanks for the recommendation, and great reliable vehicle. Still enjoying it today! Knock on wood!

Bought a dodge charger 2021, paid cash up front. Safetied and certified by them. They reset the oil change counter to start without actually doing an oil change. Old filter, old fluid. Right away noticed there was leaking coolant. They knew I was 8 hours away and came all the way down south. Told me to bring in the vehicle. Was already on my way up north. Made it up north and found out the oil cooler housing was blown when I purchased it. Cost me $400 for the part and paid my buddy to replace it costing me around $700 altogether, along with a coolant flush. Noticed it was having a few clunky shifts not long after. Needs replacing: Transmission pan leaking fluid, crankshaft main oil seal and transfer case adapter, bad torque converter/seal as well as the radiator leaking coolant and a crushed coolant line in the front. Now it's in the shop and my current estimate is $4600. I've owned the vehicle just over 3 months.

We bought our first and second car from Woodstock used car centre. My family will keep doing business with Kevin and his guys. They are patient and nice, their after market assistance is top notch ?

We are sorry Vincent you felt that way. We sell well maintained former police vehicles. The cops takes out their equipments before selling to us, that's why we always ask our customers to come see the car in person before purchasing so as to appreciate what you are buying, but you insisted you wanted it delivered to you. We will do better next time, once again we apologize you felt that way.
