Really happy with my experience with Salesman John. He was honest throughout the whole interaction which is rare to see when someone is making a sale. Purchased a Used vehicle and him being honest and available to take pictures, respond to messages, and being generally available was everything when it comes to completing my purchase. We highly recommend this dealership. We recently bought a new vehicle. It was one of the best experiences we've had at a dealership. All questions were answered, no pressure to buy and all in all the staff were fair, honest and friendly.
If you want to pay 80 bucks to see if a window is under warranty because of a known defect in the glass and still be denied warrenty (not Anderson fault) then have it quoted for repair and the bill is magically higher when you go to pick it up, feel free I myself will not do business with them again
Big shout out to mason(service Manager) and Crystal (service Advisor). our 2021 sorento needed some warranty work. they took us in and followed up almost everyday. This is the place to go unlike London airport kia. London airport kia does not want to do any warranty work.
I came in for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition my car was returned in. When I checked the glove compartment (desk box), it had been clearly used by someone with oily hands — it was dirty and stained. To make matters worse, there was also an oil spot on the front seat. I expected better care and professionalism from the team handling my vehicle. Attention to cleanliness and respect for the customer's property is essential, especially for something as basic as an oil change. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to continue coming here — but only if I can trust that my car will be treated properly.
I purchased my 2024 Seltos from this dealership, and ever since, I’ve been experiencing issues with their lack of thoroughness. For my second oil change, they forgot to close the airbox after completing their multi-point inspection. I’ve had to get my center console replaced three times due to a seatbelt issue that caused scratches. The first time they replaced it, they left out several trim pieces, which I was very unhappy about. Because of this, I had to cancel my plans for the next day. The second time, more trim pieces were missing — and the same happened the third time. Although the parts were replaced under warranty, that doesn’t make up for the repeated inconvenience. I had booked my car in for service on a Friday with a 9:00 a.m. appointment and was told it would be ready by 11:30 a.m., as I needed it back by 2:30 p.m. When I called at 11:30, no one answered. I tried again at 1:30 p.m., and only then did someone finally pick up. I then had to wait for their shuttle service, which was appalling. Because the service and parts departments are closed on Saturdays, I now have to cancel all my plans for Monday to return to the dealership for a job that still isn’t finished — and that’s only if they even have a time slot. Otherwise, I’m stuck with a center console that’s not properly put back together. Please avoid this Kia dealership at all costs. You’d be better off going to Brantford or Cambridge — the service there is top-notch. This dealership is nothing but a huge inconvenience!

And John, who answered the phone like 8 times with me calling back with this or that until we got the deal done. I am happy. I’m assuming you’re happy. The vehicle is amazing. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work. EDIT: It’s been just under two years and 25,000 km since I wrote that review and recently I’ve had some major problems with the car. That’s not Anderson’s fault. It was a used car. The only thing Anderson can control is how Anderson acts. And Anderson Kia was amazing! I’m serious. They took care of me. The bill was going to be close to $3000 and In the shop for several days. They talked to the warranty company for me. They talked to enterprise and arranged a car for me, Because unfortunately, they don’t have loaners. But they do have scruples and integrity. How so? I just got a call from them telling me they realized they overcharged me by accident and wondered if they could have my credit card number to pay me back the difference. Ok nobody’s perfect. But these guys, are pretty close to perfect. They try hard to make you happy. And they succeed.
