Met with Geoff to price out a few cars while I stopped by to charge my ev. Nice guy, lied to me to push a sale though. I was interested in a used car that was in an accident - price was great but it had a large repair indicated on the carfax report. He told me it’s bloated because they include rental vehicle costs accumulated in the months waiting for parts. A quick Google search would tell you this is a blatant lie… I’m writing this review because I’m kind of pissed and also to warn anyone else who was told this same thing. Sad because they have the only fast Ev charger in the area but I won’t be returning.

Not transparent. I had to ask numerous times on separate occasions to get the total cost for a honda civic. The salesman just kept referencing the monthly payment. When I did get the info, it turns out they were marking up the MSRP by $3000. I then went to London to buy a honda for MSRP.
My car wouldnt start and I had a busy week ahead. The service department got my car in, explained what it needed, price and finished the work by days end. Saved the day. Thank you

Do not go here horrible attitude from people that work there making fun of someone because of how they look is disgusting we are adults women at the serive desk was very nice the rest of them in service makes me sick
