These guys are amazing, took my expedition 2016 for couple little fixes, it turned out to be simple easy fixes, she (can’t remember her name) said no need for money, lol, got away without any charge. For this exact issue (bushing was loose on a wiper transmission arm) Canadian tire tried to charge me 650$, needless to say I declined the quote…… When I asked why this much, he said new transmission + labour, ridiculous…
The service department was amazing. I said Whenever you have time to look at it would be great. They were able to get my truck as soon as they can. They identified the problem and recommended me a couple of options what I should do if I decide to get it repaired. Very helpful. Thanks services department

I walked in today in hopes of test driving a few vehicles and getting some more information as I’m looking to purchase a vehicle soon. I walked in and with two employees present at the time I wasn’t acknowledged once so I walked out of the showroom. I walked around outside looking in the car lot for about 10 to 15 minutes reading the information posted on the vehicles I was interested in and still was not acknowledged. I was the only customer inside the showroom and the only customer walking around the car lot outside. Needless to say I was not impressed and left the dealership and will be looking at another Ford dealership in either Kitchener or London. I walked into the Toyota showroom and was greeted in seconds. Vehicles aside, the difference between customer service was day and night.
Eric processed my service as quickly as possible and kept me informed of the progress they were making. The vehicle was ready when promised. Very happy with Woodstock Ford service department.
