Please don't come here for car service. It doesn't even deserve one star. I had an oil change. The rim and tire were damaged by hitting a hard object. The yellow paint on the rim remained from the impact. (This proves the impact was yellow.) The iron machine they use to lift the vehicles is yellow for some reason. I told them this and asked to see the security camera footage. They blamed me so much that I was embarrassed for them. A reasonable person would have known the camera was there. They said they didn't use security cameras. How can such a well-established company not use security cameras? They chose a good way to destroy the evidence. They have a valid excuse. They didn't even say they would have investigated this matter and taken the necessary action if they were here. They didn't even show any remorse. On the contrary, they looked me in the eye as if they were going to beat me and said, "You did this somewhere else." I will be filing a formal complaint with all relevant authorities. Cameras are not used in areas where illegal activities are taking place. @toyota @toyota.ca
About service department. They say they price match part's price but won't price match with CANADIAN TIRE. Even won't match with the top results from the google search. Then with whom do you price match with?
Just brought my vehicle in for a repair due to a recall. The service team said it would be approximately 45 minutes. It was ready in 25. I had not scheduled maintenance here for over a year because this wasn't always the case. This visit restored some of my confidence in Woodstock Toyota.
I have found tools under my hood. A missing dipstick, and today I mind missing oil pan bolts, one of them broken in the thread. This place is the WORST aaaand I work at Toyota. Don't take your vehicle here. They have a new service manager every time I go, which should tell you just how chaotic this place is.
Took my vehicle in for a 45 minute service. Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm. Was verbally told that it would take 45-60 minutes. Walked out 130 minutes later with no explanation, no apology and no reason why additional time was needed. Very inconsiderate of their customers time. Find a different. Garage to get you’re vehicle serviced.
been there 3x.. diff staff each time & found them very self serving. God complex. this is only the service side. Not sales..! although service truly is a lion in sheep clothing..
